UPDATE: October 20 - OUR NEW TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 0161 357 2315.

The Surgery will close for staff training on the 1st (occasionally 2nd) Thursday every month. The Practice will be CLOSED from 1.00pm until 7.30am the following day. When you ring the surgery from 1.00 - 6.30pm you will be connected to Go To Doc, and from 6.30pm you will need to dial 111. Thank you

COVID 19 VACCINE  11/11/20 - PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A DIRECTIVE FROM NHS ENGLAND REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF COVID 19 VACCINES. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US REGARDING THIS AS WHEN WE HAVE MORE INFORMATION WE WILL LET YOU KNOW. THANKS

Any queries can be dealt with by telephone, on 0161 357 2315, and prescription requests can be made via email - OLDCCG.scriptrequest@nhs.net  as usual.  

If you need to order a repeat prescription please email oldccg.scriptrequest@nhs.net, please only contact the surgery to order medication if you are unable to email your request. Prescriptions take 48 hours to be processed.

Please may we ask you to be brief with your responses you if you are using text message to respond to the Friends and Family Test as there is a very limited space to type your response. Therefore, we are not always able to see your full response. Please consider using another method of responding to us, such as a Friends and Family Test form, (available at reception), if your response needs to be more detailed.
