Welcome to Royton & Crompton Family Practice

Please do not call the surgery for anything other than medical emergencies. We are receiving a large volume of calls regarding at risk groups, please keep yourself informed by regularly checking government and NHS websites.

If you are in an at risk group and need to isolate you will be contacted by NHS England either by text or letter in the coming days.

Please use the following link for information about at risk groups

https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-on-social-distancing-and-for-vulnerable-people/guidance-on-social-distancing-for-everyone-in-the-uk-and-protecting-older-people-and-vulnerable-adults

If you need to order a repeat prescription please email oldccg.scriptrequest@nhs.net, please only contact the surgery to order medication if you are unable to email your request. .Prescriptions take 48 hours to be processed

We have made the decision to temporarily change all appointments to telephone appointments.  Patients who have an appointment will be contacted and triaged by a clinician. This decision has been made in the best interests of patients and staff alike. Please do not attend the surgery unless absolutely necessary. Thankyou for your understanding and patience at this time.

If you have a repeat prescription and haven't got a nominated pharmacy can we please ask that you nominate one now. This will help to reduce footfall to the practice and the wider community, thankyou.
